MS Agarwal Foundries Pvt. Ltd., established in 2005, is a leading steel company manufacturing Sponge Iron, MS Billets, Cut & Bend, TMT Steel Bars & Corrosion Resistance Steel. We are an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, BIS 2830:1992 Carbon Steel Cast Billet, BIS 432 Part-I (MS Round bar), BIS1786:2008 TMT/HYSD BARS with grade Fe-415/415D/ Fe-500/500D/Fe-550/550D/Fe-600.

We are one among the miniscule companies in India to use RO Water only for quenching technology. With an objective of manufacturing quality steel, our team takes each and every effort to deliver a world class product and we use expensive RO Water for quenching which ensures uncompromising finish and shining in the material.

Quenching system- PlS – Program logic control system
  • Quenching is the rapid cooling of a TMT bars in the water to obtain certain material properties.
  • By using program logic control system and auto water system for high pressure, water at certain pressure will get sprayed on to steel rods of 1000°C, which will reduce to 200°C
  • Using PUC technology, based on the temperature of steel rods required pressure is to be maintained and water need to be sprayed on the rod to acquire desired temperature which helps them attain higher yield strength.
  • Cut & Bend
  • The first of its kind technology in South India has been successfully followed by us.

MS Agarwal Foundries Pvt Ltd has been granted License rights to use the Thermex Quenching System and Technology of M/s Hennigsdorfer Stahl Engineering Gmbh, Germany to produce High Strength Thermex Quenched and Self Tempered (QST) rebars as per IS 1786 Standards.

“When we strive to become better than we are, everything around us becomes better too”.

The QST technology involves rapid quenching of hot bars through a series of water jets after the bars come out of the last rolling mill stand. Air and water pressure is automatically controlled, based on the size, speed and temperature of the rod. This treatment converts the bar outer surface to a hardened structure. The subsequent phase involves cooling at ambient temperature to allow the hot core to temper the surface through thermal exchange, which results in a unique structure of tempered marten site in the peripheral zone and a fine grain of ferrite pearlite at central zone and finally the results is a world-class QST rebar.

  • Quality Control: Our Steel rebars have consistent Mechanical and Chemical properties as we are using virgin steel from mines, killed steel before casting and rolled with superior technology. Strong quality control ensures that each batch run product comes with the same trust & quality.
  • Casting of Billets:We bring the Iron ore from Karnataka and Coal from South Africa and produce the sponge iron for caged consumption. Qualities of bars mostly depend on the type of material used for making the Ingot/ billets. We use only Sponge Iron for producing billets. Hence we are achieving the best quality of steel.
  • Virgin Steel: We use the in-house Sponge Iron in the Induction furnace and cast the billet by Concasttechnology. Many mills use only Ingot instead of Billets to produce the bars. The quality of bars largely depends on quality of input to the mill (i.e. Ingot or Billets). Bars made from Billets have superior strength and elongation.
  • Killed Steel:Our Steel has Low Carbon Content & made from fully killed steel.
  • Rib Pattern: The rib pattern is specially designed to ensure excellent bond between the bar and the adjoining concrete.
  • Physical Properties:Our Bars have Higher Yield strength & Ultimate Tensile Strength coupled with higher percentage Elongation.
  • Thermal stability:Our steel bars have high thermal stability compared to Tor steel / CTD rebars. They are the preferred choice as there is no loss of strength even at elevated temperature (400-600 Degree C)
  • Seismic Resistant: Our bars have the ability to absorb shocks and have good resistance to earthquakes.
  • Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRS): Our bars are highly corrosion resistant and is best suitable for even Humid and costal area as we use thermo mechanical treatment using German Technology.
